寿胎丸治疗先兆流产作用机制的网络药理学分析

摘　　要：目的:运用网络药理学技术,探讨寿胎丸治疗先兆流产的作用机制。方法:运用BATMAN-TCM数据库、GeneCards数据库分别获得寿胎丸的作用成分靶标及先兆流产的靶标,将两者取交集后得到寿胎丸-先兆流产的交集基因,将交集基因导入String构建蛋白相互作用网络,并将结果进行网络可视化展示。同时采用R语言软件对交集基因进行GO基因功能注释和KEGG通路分析。结果:寿胎丸治疗先兆流产的核心靶点有30个,包括AGT、PIK3CA、ANXA1、F2等,20余条信号通络与先兆流产相关,包括神经活性配体-受体相互作用通路、流体剪切力与动脉粥样硬化通络、糖尿病并发症中的AGE-RAGE信号通路、补体及凝血级联反应、TNF信号通路等。结论:寿胎丸可能通过作用于激素调节、免疫调节及炎症反应相关的靶点和通路治疗先兆流产,维持妊娠;该研究初步揭示了寿胎丸治疗先兆流产的作用机制,为中医药多靶点、多通路治疗疾病提供现代医学的证据,为后续的试验研究提供方向和研究思路。Objective:To explore the mechanism of Shoutai Pill in treating threatened abortion according to network pharmacology technology.Methods:The BATMAN-TCM database and Gene Card database were used to obtain the target of Shoutai Pill and the target of threatened abortion.The two genes were intersected to obtain the Shoutai Pill-threatened abortion crossover gene.The crossover gene was introduced into STRING to construct the protein interaction network,and the results were visualized.The R gene software was used to analyze the GO gene function annotation and KEGG pathway analysis.Results:There were 30 core targets of Shoutai Pill,including AGT,PIK3CA,ANXA1,F2,etc.There were 20 signaling pathways,including neuroactive ligandreceptor interaction pathways,fluid shear forces and atherosclerosis,diabetes complications AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,complement and coagulation cascade,TNF signaling pathway and other signaling pathways.Conclusion:Shoutai Pill may treat threatened abortion and maintain pregnancy by acting on hormone regulation,immune regulation and inflammatory reaction related targets and pathways.Network pharmacology reveals the mechanism of Shoutai Pill in treating threatened abortion,provides modern medical evidence for multi-target and multi-pathway treatment of Chinese Medicine,and points out directions and research ideas for subsequent experimental research.
