国医大师禤国维解毒法辨治SAPHO综合征1例

摘　　要：SAPHO综合征即滑膜炎-痤疮-脓疱疹-骨肥厚-骨炎综合征,该病较为罕见。国医大师禤国维根据长期临床实践,认为本病应从湿毒瘀立论,治法应着重"解毒",以解毒法贯彻治疗始终,兼顾清热、利湿、化瘀,临床运用中屡获良效。SAPHO syndrome is Synovitis-Acne-Pustulosis-Hyperostosis-Osteitis syndrome,which is rare in clinic.According to the long-term clinical practice,national Chinese medical science master XUAN Guo-wei be-lieves that the disease should be treated from the aspects of dampness,toxin and blood stasis,and that the treatment should focus on"disintoxication",which should be carried out throughout the treatment,with consider-ation to clearing away heat,removing dampness and removing blood stasis.The clinical application has repeat-edly achieved good results.
