摘　　要：分析仇湘中治疗强直性脊柱炎并不完全性脊髓损伤病案1则。仇湘中认为本病以肝肾不足为本,复督脉受伤,治法当以标本缓急辨证论治,正本清源。四诊合参,在疾病不同阶段各有侧重。前期治标为主,兼以扶正;中期标本兼治,逐渐加大扶正之力;后期重求基本,补虚再扶正,取得良好疗效。This paper analyzes one case of ankylosing spondylitis with incomplete spinal cord injury treated by QIU Xiang-zhong.QIU Xiang-zhong believes that the disease is caused by liver and kidney deficiency and the injury of Governor vessel.The treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation and the priority of illness.The treatment have different focuses at different stages of the disease to achieve good results through the use of four diagnostic methods.In the early stage,the main treatment provides temporary solutions to the problem,with strengthening the body resistance;in the middle stage,the main treatment treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,gradually increasing the function of strengthening the body resistance;in the later stage,the basic is to be emphasized,invigorating the deficiency and strengthening the strengthening the body resistance.
