魏志军从督脉论治顽固性便秘的思路

摘　　要：督脉乃精气升降之通路,督脉与"脑肠轴"、脊髓、脑、肾和肝有密切联系,魏志军认为顽固性便秘病位常涉及足厥阴肝、足少阴肾和奇恒之腑脑、髓,病机总属脏腑气机不畅,并据此提出"从督脉论治顽固性便秘",创制经验方"升督平木汤"用于慢性顽固型便秘的治疗,在临床上取得了良好的效果。The Governor vessel is the pathway for the rise and fall of vital energy.This paper discusses the close relationship between the governor vessel and the"brain-gut axis",spinal cord,brain,kidney and liver.WEI Zhi-jun pointed out that the location of intractable constipation often involves foot Jueyin liver,foot Shaoyin kidney and Qi Heng’s fu,including brain,marrow,and that the pathogenesis is always viscera-Qi obstruction.According to this,WEI Zhi-jun put forward"treating intractable constipation from governor vessel",created an empirical prescription Shengdu Pingmu decoction(升督平木汤)for the treatment of chronic intractable constipation,and used it to guide clinical practice,which achieved good results in clinic.
