摘　　要：资源诅咒现象广泛存在于不同国家与地区经济发展的实践。从长期来看,自然资源依赖对经济增长具有负面影响。要想规避"资源诅咒"现象,技术创新是重要途径。然而,自然资源依赖对技术创新具有挤出效应。利用中国区域层面和企业层面的数据进行实证研究,自然资源依赖对技术创新具有显著的挤出作用,金融发展对技术创新具有显著的促进作用,金融发展抑制是自然资源依赖挤出技术创新的内在机制之一。但进一步分析表明,这一结论仅在中西部地区成立。对资源型地区来说,一方面要规避自然资源依赖对技术创新的挤出效应,可以利用自然资源行业的超额收益来设立研发基金;另一方面还要规避自然资源依赖对金融发展的抑制作用。The "resource curse "widely exists in the practice of economic development in different countries and regions.the long run,natural resource dependence has a negative impact on economic growth,to avoid the"resource curse"phenomenon,technological innovation is an important way. However,natural resource dependence has an extrusion effect on technological innovation. Using data at the regional and enterprise levels in China,empirical research is conducted,it found that natural resource dependence has a significant crowding out effect on technological innovation,financial development has a significant role in promoting technological innovation,and financial development inhibition is one of the internal mechanisms for natural resources to squeeze out technological innovation. However,further analysis shows that this conclusion is only established in the central and western regions. For resource-based regions,on the one hand,the crowding-out effect of natural resource dependence on technological innovation should be avoided,excess income of the natural resource industry should be used to establish R&D funds. On the other hand,it is necessary to avoid the inhibitory effect of natural resource dependence on financial development.
