摘  要:从全球碳捕捉与封存技术项目最新进展入手,着重从燃煤发电角度分析CCS的技术现状、成本现状、政策发展情况,进一步分析燃煤发电中CCS技术面临的投资成本受争议、政策不明朗、新能源发电成本降低等挑战,尤其是美国一些CCS项目处于停滞状态。汇总并提出全球CCS技术已有的应用情况以及未来的前景,随着全球各国对CCS技术创新使用,CCS与氢气、生物质能、空气直接捕捉等结合,创造新能源经济发展的机遇。Starting with the latest progress of global carbon capture and storage technology projects,focusing on the analysis of CCS technology status,cost status,and policy development from the perspective of coal-fired power generation. It further analyzes the challenges currently faced by the CCS technology in coal-fired power generation,such as controversial investment policies,unclear policies,and lower costs of new energy power generation. In particular,some CCS projects in the United States are at a standstill. Finally,the current existing applications and future prospects of global CCS technology were summarized and presented,and with the innovative use of CCS technology by countries around the world,the combination of CCS with hydrogen,biomass energy,and direct air capture has created opportunities for economic development of new energy.
