摘 要:目的通过综述红细胞膜的药物递送系统研究近况,反思该系统存在的潜在问题,为这一系统的进一步研究提供参考。方法查阅国内外相关文献54篇,对红细胞膜药物递送系统的发展历程、载体特点、载药策略等内容进行综合分析。结果目前,关于红细胞膜药物递送系统的研究广泛且深入,红细胞膜的应用呈现了三种载药形式——完整红细胞直接负载药物方式、利用红细胞制备纳米细胞囊泡包载药物方式和红细胞膜包被纳米载体药物的仿生纳米载药方式。但这一体系所附带的风险需要引起研究者们的更多关注。结论对红细胞膜药物递送系统的理性评价与反思,将为生物膜仿生型载药体系的临床应用发展提供一定的参考。Objective By reviewing the research status of the drug delivery system of erythrocyte membrane,and rethinking the potential problems of the system,it provides a reference for further research of this system.Methods Methods A total of 54 related literatures at home and abroad were reviewed,and the development history,carrier characteristics and drug-loading strategies of erythrocyte membrane drug delivery system were comprehensively analyzed.Results At present,the research on erythrocyte membrane drug delivery system is extensive and in-depth.The application of erythrocyte membrane presents three drug-loading forms:complete red blood cell direct loading drug mode,preparation of nano cell vesicle-encapsulated drug mode by red blood cells and red blood cells.The membrane is coated with a biomimetic nano drug for the nanocarrier drug.But the risks attached to this system need to attract more attention from researchers.Conclusion The rational evaluation and reflection of the erythrocyte membrane drug delivery system will provide a reference for the clinical application development of the biofilm biomimetic drug delivery system.
