重大疫情应对与大学生法治认同的有效提升

摘　　要：重大疫情应对需要法治的有力保障。重大疫情应对是对大学生进行法治教育、提升大学生法治认同的重要契机。疫情应对之于大学生法治认同的提升,体现在身份、认知、利益和价值四个维度的作用力上:唤醒现代公民意识、活化已有法律知识、搭建"法治利民"的心理图式和生成法治价值的具象图景。大学生法治认同的提升,应特别注重从构建多元化认知提升系统、积极实施输出性法治实践两个向度推进。Major epidemic response needs a strong guarantee of the rule of law, and can be an important opportunity to educate university students on the rule of law and enhance their recognition of the rule of law. Epidemic response to the improvement of university students’ recognition of the rule of law is reflected in the role of the four dimensions of identity, cognition, benefit and value, i.e., arousing the modern citizen consciousness, activating existing legal knowledge, building a psychological schema of "rule of law for the benefit of the people" and generating an explanatory framework for the value of the rule of law. The promotion of the recognition of the rule of law among university students should pay special attention to advance from two dimensions of constructing diversified cognitive systems and actively implementing export legal practice.
