摘　　要：试点工作开展近三年来,大熊猫国家公园四川片区积极推进生态产品价值实现工作,但仍存在一系列问题亟待解决。本文分析了大熊猫国家公园四川片区生态价值实现机制现状,从生态价值实现的进展、程度、基础性制度、保障体系等方面分析存在的突出问题。在此基础上,从丰富生态产品价值实现方式、提高生态产品价值实现程度和科学性、健全生态产品价值实现的基础制度、构建生态产品价值实现的支撑保障体系等方面提出了对策建议。In the past three years,the Giant Panda National Park Sichuan area has been actively promoting the ecological value realization,but there are still a series of problems to be solved.This paper analyzed the status of the ecological value realization mechanism in the Giant Panda National Park Sichuan area,and pointed out the main problems from the aspect of the progress,degree,basic policy and guarantee system of the ecological value realization.On this basis,the paper put forward countermeasures from the perspective of enriching the way of ecological value realization,improving the degree and scientificity of ecological value realization,perfecting the basic policies of ecological value realization,and constructing the support and guarantee system of ecological value realization.
