摘　　要：针对新设计开发的、采用GVPI技术的250MW空冷发电机定子线圈装配工艺的技术难点,开展了250MW空冷发电机定子线圈装配工艺开发工作,包括并联环整体装配、定子线圈输送、定子线圈嵌线、鼻端焊接、定子整浸。首台机组制造结果表明,新工艺能满足新产品设计和制造的要求,确保产品性能优异。The modular process of stator coil assembly in the new type of 250 MW air-cooled GVPI generator including the parallel ring integral assembly,stator coil transportation&assembly,coil ends welding and global vacuum pressure impregnation of the whole stator is introduced.Results of manufacturing the first generator of this type show that application of the modular process into the stator coil assembly are able to reduce manufacturing cost,beneficial to standardization of manufacturing operation,thus,improving the manufacturing quality.The electric test result shows the excellent performance of the product.
