摘　　要：正当防卫是最为常见的违法性阻却事由之一,正当防卫问题研究有着重要的社会价值和科学价值。各国对违法性阻却事由的规定有所不同,以韩国刑法中关于正当防卫的规定为线索,对违法性阻却事由的理论进行梳理和辨析,对于推进司法实践和理论发展具有积极意义。Justifiable defense is one of the most common causes of illegal obstruction,and its research has important social and scientific value.Different countries have different regulations on illegal obstruction,taking the provisions of the Korean Criminal Law on proper defense as a clue,sorting out and discriminating the theories of illegal obstructions is of positive significance for advancing judicial practice and theoretical development.
