角色理论视角下村改居社区居民城市融入困境研究

摘　　要：随着我国城镇化水平持续提高,越来越多的村庄变为城市现代化社区,村民也变为村改居社区居民。以村改居社区居民为研究对象,借助角色理论对村改居社区居民城市融入问题进行深入探究。从社区对居民的角色期望与居民实际的角色扮演之间产生的矛盾——角色困境,来分析村改居社区居民乡土性与现代性的矛盾,以期能促使村改居社区居民更好地融入城市生活。Along with our country urbanization level continues to increase, more and more village into a modern city community, the villagers also changed with the village community residents changed into village community residents as the research object,with the help of role theory, the village changed city community residents into issues to delve into the community of residents role expectations and the actual role of contradiction between role predicament, to analyze the change of community residents in rural village and modernity, the contradiction of the village changed community residents to encourage better integrated into the urban life.
