摘  要:现有的变桨系统运行状态评估模型无法提前预警权重较小的劣化指标。为此构建一个监测的风电机组变桨系统运行状态评估模型。建立评估指标体系,求出各个指标劣化度的计算公式,对监测数据进行预处理,利用互信息技术对其进行剔除,提取变桨系统状态特征,利用模糊线性变换原理和隶属度,量化状态特征中的各个指标,确定评判指标的隶属函数,得到评估向量,完成评估模型的构建。通过判断各个指标的劣化度的单参数是否超标,进行权重向量分配,求取隶属度矩阵,完成系统评估。仿真实验结果显示:设计的检测的风电机组变桨系统运行状态评估模型评估结果与与数据采集的结果是一致的,能准确反应出系统真实运行状态,验证了评估模型的有效性。The existing evaluation model of the operating state of the variable-oar system is unable to give an early warning and the index with small weight is inferior.Therefore,a monitoring model of wind turbine variable blade system operating state evaluation is constructed.Setting up evaluation index system,the calculation formula of each index degradation degree is got.The monitoring data is preprocessed,information technology is used to eliminate and extract variable propeller system status,characteristics.The fuzzy linear transformation principle and the membership degree are used to quantify,the state characteristics of the various indicators and determine the evaluation index of the membership function and assessed vector,and the construction of evaluation model is completed.By judging whether the single parameter of the deterioration degree of each index exceeds the standard,the weight vector is allocated,the membership degree matrix is obtained,and the system evaluation is completed.The simulation results show that the evaluation results of the designed and tested wind turbine variable blade system operating state evaluation model are consistent with the results of data collection,and can accurately reflect the real operating state of the system,the effectiveness of the evaluation model is verified.
