摘 要:太阳模拟器在太阳电池的Ⅳ特性测试、材料老化、农林育种等领域有着广泛的应用。利用人造光源获得高光谱匹配度一直是太阳模拟器需要解决的难点。LED具有丰富的发光波段,数量和发光强度可调,为实现高光谱匹配度提供了一种解决方案。通过调节每种LED的数量和功率,利用39种91只LED,实现了光谱匹配度最大偏差为4.56%的LED太阳模拟器。采用栅格状球冠型散热器、圆锥型和圆柱型光导管组成的匀光系统,实现了光斑直径为45 mm,辐照强度不均匀度为1.41%,辐照强度不稳定度为1.10%的超AAA级太阳模拟器。The solar simulator has a wide range of applications in the field of solar cell Ⅳ characteristics testing,material aging,agriculture and forestry breeding and other fields.The use of artificial light sources to obtain a high degree of spectral matching has always been a difficult problem that solar simulators need to solve.The LED has a rich luminous wave band,and the quantity and luminous intensity are adjustable,which provides a solution for achieving a high spectral matching degree.The number and power of each LED were adjusted,and 39 kinds of 91 LEDs were used to achieve LEDs with a spectral deviation of 4.56% Solar simulator.A uniform light system composed of a grid-shaped spherical crown heat sink,conical and cylindrical light pipes realizes a spot diameter of 45 mm,an irradiance unevenness of 1.41%,and an irradiance instability of 1.10% Super AAA solar simulator.
