摘  要:烟草智能包装机在传统监测方法下,所监测到的机器信号信噪比偏低导致监测结果不佳,为此研究物联网模式下烟草智能包装机自动监测方法。该自动监测方法选用一款远程实时监测自动控制系统对包装机设置监测点,计算水平距离修正系数和垂直距离修正系数调整监测点坐标,根据EEMD原理将监测信号分解成若干个有限值、并且频率是从高到低的IMF分量,利用小波降噪法对监测信号进行降噪处理,依照清洗后的监测信号找出包装机信号异常波动的点位,判别该烟草包装设备的工作状态,对发生故障的组件进行计算维护以此实现自动监测。实验结果表明:所研究的物联网模式下的烟草智能包装机自动监测方法,其降噪处理能力更强、信噪比远高于传统的2种方法。由此可见,所研究的自动监测方法更适用于烟草包装机的平时维护。Under the traditional monitoring method,the low signal-to-noise ratio of the detected machine signals leads to poor monitoring results.Therefore,the automatic monitoring method of the intelligent tobacco packaging machine under the Internet of things mode is studied.A remote real-time monitoring and automatic control system of packaging machine is choosen to set monitoring point,and the horizontal distance correction coefficient and vertical distance are calculated to adjust the of monitoring point coordinates.According to the principle of EEMD, monitor signal is decomposed into several limited value,and the IMF is from high to low frequency component.The wavelet de-noising method is used to denoise the monitoring signal,according to the monitoring signals to find packaging machine after cleaning of abnormal fluctuations,the working state of tobacco packaging equipment is judged,the broken-down components are calculated and maintained to realize automatic monitoring.The experimental results show that the automatic monitoring method of tobacco intelligent packaging machine studied in the Internet of things mode has stronger noise reduction capacity and the signal-to-noise ratio is much higher than the traditional two methods.It can be seen that the automatic monitoring method is more suitable for the maintenance of tobacco packaging machine.
