摘　　要：血吸虫病是一种有地方性和自然疫源性的人兽共患传染病,严重影响人民健康和社会经济发展。血吸虫病传播与人畜活动方式、自然环境和社会因素密切相关,因此,防治血吸虫病(血防)不仅要重视人及人的行为因素,更要重视当地的社会经济因素。在健康教育基础上加以健康促进,成为血防工作的重要措施。本文回顾和分析了我国不同防治阶段中健康教育的举措及局限,探讨了目标人群、传播方法和传播材料等在防治血吸虫病健康教育和健康促进中的作用和优化,强调了政策环境、社区参与的推动作用,提出了消除血吸虫病阶段血防健康教育和健康促进的发展方向。Schistosomiasis is a kind of zoonosis with local and natural focus, which seriously affects people’s health and social economic development. The transmission of schistosomiasis is closely related to the mode of human and animal activities,natural environment and social factors. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to not only human and human behavior factors,but also local social and economic factors. Health promotion based on health education has become an important measure of schistosomiasis control. This paper reviews and analyzes the measures and limitations of health education in different stages of schistosomiasis prevention and control in China, discusses the role and optimization of target population, communication methods and materials in health education and health promotion of prevention and control of schistosomiasis, emphasizes the promotion of policy environment and community participation, and puts forward the development direction of health education and health promotion of schistosomiasis control in the stage of elimination.
