基于数据挖掘探析行间穴主治病症和配伍规律

摘　　要：通过系统整理行间穴古今文献,结合数据挖掘技术,通过总结和分析得出结论:在主治病症方面,行间穴古今均以治疗本经病症、脏腑及其相关病症为主。以1949年10月为前后对比的时间节点,1949年10月后单穴主治病症明显减少,配伍主治病症更加系统化,突出表现在急症、痛症方面。在优势腧穴配伍方面,体现了本经配穴、同名经配穴、表里经配穴、荥输配穴和辨证配穴等方法,多配伍特定穴如五输穴、原穴,1949年后增加了络穴、八脉交会穴和交会穴。By systematizing ancient and modern literatures of Xingjian(LR2)acupoint and combining with data mining technology,the conclusion is drawn through summary and analysis.In terms of indications,Xingjian acupoint is mainly used to treat symptoms and diseases of the meridian where it locates,Zang-Fu organs and related diseases.Taking October 1949 as the time node for comparison,after October 1949,the indications treated by the single point were significantly reduced,and the indications treated by the point combined with other points were more systematic,with prominent manifestations in emergency and pain treatment.In the aspect of the compatibility of superior acupoints,it embodies the methods of combining acupoints of this meridian,combining acupoints of meridians with the same name,combining acupoints of the exterior and interior meridians,combining acupoints of Xing and Shu and combining acupoints according to the syndrome differentiation,etc.More specific acupoints such as five transport points and yuan-primary point are compatible,and after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the points of collaterals,eight confluent points and crossing point have been added.
