摘　　要：目的:为系统梳理山东潍坊某街道“全民艾灸项目”的实施模式,评价其实施效果,开展本调查。方法:选择与艾灸街道相似的未实施艾灸的同区另一街道作为对照,采用现况研究抽样调查方法,并对项目实施过程中的关键人物进行访谈。结果:艾灸街道建立了政府主导、专家指导、志愿者辅导、基层村干部督导和健康指标考核的推广办法。艾灸街道居民对艾灸疗法相关知识的知晓率、信任程度、使用率高于对照街道,居民自感健康状况好于对照街道。结论:研究街道由政府主导推动,充分调动了各方资源,保证了全民艾灸项目的实施。Objective:To systematically analyze the implementation model of“Extensive Moxibusition Project”in a subdistrict office of Weifang City,Shandong Province and assess its effect.Methods:A sampling survey was adopted.Another subdistrict office in the same district without moxibustion which was similar to the subdistrict office implementing moxibustion was selected as the control group.Key personnel in the implementation of the project were interviewed.Results:The subdistrict office implementing moxibustion established a moxibustion promotion method,which included government leading,expert guidance,volunteer counseling,village branch supervision and health indicators assessment.The awareness rate,trust degree and utilization rate of knowledge related to moxibustion therapy among residents under the subdistrict office implementing moxibustion were higher than those in the control subdistrict office,and the self-perceived health status of residents was better than that in the control subdistrict office.Conclusion:The moxibustion project was promoted by the government,which fully mobilized the resources of all parties and ensured its implementation.
