摘　　要：目的:通过分析和探讨润精汤的方药组成和配伍特点,以总结曾庆琪教授治疗男性不育症的临证思维。方法:介绍曾庆琪教授对男性不育症的认识,润精汤是曾庆琪教授基于“精室理论”,根据精室的功能特点,总结出“通补并用”为核心的治疗法则,创制而成的治疗少弱精子症的经验方,对润精汤进行辨析,并介绍典型病案。结果:润精汤的适应症与男性不育症的主要病因病机相符,其组方合理,疗效确切,具有很高的临床使用价值。结论:润精汤治疗男性不育症具有推广应用价值。Objective:To summarize Professor ZENG Qingqi’s clinical thinking in treating male infertility by analyzing and discussing the composition and compatibility characteristics of Runjing Decoction(润精汤).Methods:Professor ZENG Qingqi’s understanding of male infertility is introduced.Runjing Decoction is an empirical prescription for treating oligospermia created by Professor ZENG Qingqi based on the theory of essence chamber and the functional characteristics of spermatozoa,with“unblocking and supplementing”as the core.The Runjing Decoction and a typical medical case is introduced and analyzed.Results:The indications of Runjing Decoction are in conformity with the main etiology and pathogenesis of male infertility.The formula is reasonable and its curative effect is exact,which is of great value in clinical use.Conclusion:Runjing Decoction has popularization and application value in the treatment of male infertility.
