摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的西医诊断往往借助于电子内镜等现代科技手段,而中医诊疗则与证型分类密切相关。综述近年来的CAG胃镜像表现与中医证型相关性的研究发现,胃镜像表现与中医证型具有相关性是研究的普遍结论,且各中医证型中以脾胃虚弱证最多见。将胃镜像与中医证型相结合,可印证“久病致虚”“本虚标实”“由实致虚”“由气入血”等中医理论。在此基础上,今后宜加大样本量观察、强化随访等,建立起统一标准,深入探究其诊断机制。参考文献39篇。Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is closely related to the classification of syndrome types,while in western medicine,the disease is often diagnosed by modern technology such as electronic endoscopy.In recent years,studies on the correlation between the gastroscopic images and TCM syndrome types of CAG finds have generally concluded that there is a correlation between them.And the spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome is the most common type of TCM syndrome.We can confirm the TCM theory such as“chronic illness leading to deficiency”“deficiency of the health qi and excess of the pathogens”“excess of the pathogens leading to deficiency”and“transforming from qi to the blood”by combining gastroscopic images with TCM syndrome types.On this basis,we should increase the sample size observation,strengthen follow-up,establish a unified standard,and carry out an in-depth exploration of its diagnostic mechanism.There are 39 references.
