清末民初热河地区蒙古族教育的转型与发展

摘  要:清末时期,由于清政府实行蒙汉隔离政策,导致热河(1)地区蒙古族教育发展水平远远落后于内地。清末热河地区蒙古族传统教育以官学、私学、寺庙三种形式存在,同时在传统教育主体中也萌生了新式教育的幼芽。但在民国初期政府没有对蒙古族教育实施切实可行的教育政策,导致热河地区蒙古族新式教育发展缓慢。在清末民初这个特定历史背景下,热河蒙古族教育发展也表现出了一些特点。Due to the nationalities isolation policy exerted by Qing Court between Mongolian and Chinese in Late Qing,the education level among Mongolian people in Rehe Region was far lower than Chinese people in inland regions. During those days,Rehe ever had three kinds of educational institution for Mongolian people such as official schools,private schools and monastery education,and on the basis of that traditional education system some new educational forms began to take shape. However the government of the Republic of China didn’t take any effective education policy,resulting in a slow development of new education among Mongolian people. In this transitional period,Rehe education among Mongolian people had had some new characteristics though.
