摘 要:花岗片麻岩作为一种酸性集料与沥青的黏附性较差,通过在70号基质沥青中掺加抗剥落剂提高花岗片麻岩与沥青的黏附性,达到改善沥青混合料路用性能的目的。为了从微观角度确定花岗片麻岩沥青混合料抗剥落剂最佳掺量,分别利用静滴法和插板法测量集料和沥青的表面能参数,通过计算表征集料与沥青黏附性好坏的指标ER,确定抗剥落剂最佳掺量为0.4%;通过沥青混合料水稳定性的试验验证花岗片麻岩沥青混合料水稳定性与抗剥落剂掺量之间的关系,与表面能试验结果一致,在抗剥落剂掺量为0.4%时,水稳定性最好。因此,从微观角度确定了抗剥落剂(非胺类AMRⅡ型)的最佳掺量为0.4%。As an acid aggregate,granitic gneiss has poor adhesion to asphalt.By adding anti-stripping agent to 70#matrix asphalt,the adhesion of granitic gneiss to asphalt is improved so that the road performance of the asphalt mixture is improved.In order to determine the optimum amount of antistripping agent for granitic gneiss asphalt mixture from the microscopic point of view,the surface energy parameters of aggregate and asphalt are measured by static drop method and inserting method respectively,and the optimum amount of anti-stripping agent is determined as 0.4%after calculating the indictor between the adhesion of aggregate and asphalt ER;the relationship between the water stability of the granitic gneiss asphalt mixture and the anti-stripping agent dosage is verified by the water stability test of the asphalt mixture,and the surface energy test results are consistent,and the water stability is the best when the anti-stripping agent is 0.4%.Therefore,the optimum amount of the anti-stripping agent(nonamine type AMRII type)is determined to be 0.4%from a microscopic point of view.
