摘  要:以沪杭高速大件车运输项目为背景,提出了既定路线下不封闭交通进行大件运输的思路。通过考虑分项系数、冲击系数和车辆横向布置等问题,提出通过对比荷载偶然组合效应和桥梁承载能力来确定不封闭交通情况下通行大件车的可能性。进一步研究了通行大件运输车对铰缝工作性能的影响,分析了横向板梁数量和不同跨径对于大件运输车荷载效应的影响,最后提出利用分布式铰缝在线监测系统对损坏铰缝进行监测和评估。Taking the transportation project of large trucks on Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway as the background,in this paper the idea of large-scale transportation without closed traffic under established routes is put forward.By considering the partial coefficient,impact coefficient and vehicle lateral layout,it is proposed to compare the accidental combination effect of loads and the bearing capacity of bridges to determine the possibility of large-scale transportation under non-closed traffic conditions.The influence of the large-scale transportation on the working performance of the hinges is further studied.Also,the influence of the number of transverse slab beams and different spans on the load effect of the large-scale transport vehicles is analyzed.Finally,the distributed online monitoring system is proposed to monitor and evaluate the damaged hinge joints.
