摘 要:基于道路功能对城市道路进行精细化分类,分析道路结构布局,研究保障功能的资源配置,可缓解交通拥堵,提高路网运行效率。首先阐述了道路分类的历程,明确了精细化是道路分类的趋势。然后依据某城市高德地图实时路况的交通出行数据,采用聚类分析方法,以《城市综合交通体系规划标准》(GB/T 51328-2018)为基础,研究不同类型主干路的等级级配。最后从交通规划设计阶段的交叉口间距、交叉口类型和横断面型式因素,交通管理控制阶段的信号灯控制和交通组织要素分别对不同功能主干路的资源配置进行研究,以保障道路实际运行功能和规划设计功能的吻合程度,保障道路等级级配功能的实现。Based on the road function,refined classification is conducted for urban roads to analyze the road structure layout and study the resource allocation of roads,which can alleviate traffic congestion and improve the operation efficiency of the road network.Firstly,the history of road classification is described,and it is clarified that refining is the trend of road classification.Then,the cluster analysis method is adopted to discuss the hierarchy of different types of arterials,based on the Standard for Urban Comprehensive Transport System Planning GB/T 51328-2018,classification of different type trunk roads is studied.Finally,from the two stages of traffic planning design and traffic management control,the resource allocation of roads is discussed to ensure the consistency of the actual function of the roads and the planning and design function,and to ensure the realization of the road hierarchy function.Factors considered in the traffic planning design phase include intersection spacing,intersection type and cross-section type,while traffic light control and traffic organization are considered in traffic management control stage.
