摘 要:对于机械式直流真空断路器(direct current vacuum circuit break,DC VCB),需引入换流回路制造人工电流零点,以实现故障开断。以30 kV/8 kA直流断路器用换流回路为研究对象,计及换流电感、换流电容以及换流电容预充电电压的共同作用,采用快速非支配排序粒子群多目标优化算法(non-dominated particle swarm optimization,NSPSO),考虑弧后鞘层厚度和真空间隙击穿距离之间的竞争关系,以换流电容值和其预充电电压尽可能同时达到最小值为设计目标,对换流回路参数群组进行多目标设计,研究换流回路的拓扑设计与参数选取对换流频率、零区电流与电压变化率的作用与影响。研究表明,相较于传统粒子群算法(particle swarm optimization,PSO)单目标优化仿真结果,采用此多目标设计有利于解决直流断路器开断性能与设计成本之间的矛盾关系。For a mechanical direct current vacuum circuit breaker,in order to successfully break the fault current,it is necessary to introduce commutation circuit to make artificial current zero point.The operation of DC vacuum circuit breaker,equipped with the self-designed 30 kV/8 kA commutation circuit,was empirically approximated,mathematically modeled,theoretically analyzed and numerically simulated in non-dominated sorting particle swarm optimization algorithm.The influence of the multi-variables involved inductance,capacitance and pre charging voltage of capacitance,at the same time,the competition between the thickness of the sheath and the vacuum gap is considered,on the simultaneous minimization of the capacitance and pre charging voltage was investigated for design optimization.In addition,the dependence of the commutation circuit characteristics,including the commutation frequency,changing rates of current and voltage at current zero,on the topology design and variable selection of the commutation circuit was evaluated.The results show that compared with the traditional particle swarm optimization single objective optimization,the multi-objective design is beneficial to balance the contradiction between breaking performance and design cost of DC VCB.
