摘 要:为了提高颚式破碎机的破碎效果,针对影响其破碎效果的主要因素,以硅矿石作为破碎物,利用3个球面建立大、中、小硅矿石的离散元模型来表达其几何特征,基于FLAC3D的正交旋转组合仿真研究动颚板行程、齿形角、肘板摆角对硅矿石破碎键数目的影响,并通过SPSS获得硅矿石破碎键数目的回归方程,由Matlab内的fmincon模块解析出圆整后的数值。结果表明,动颚板行程对矿石破碎键数目影响最大,其次为齿形角,最小为肘板摆角。当齿形角为153°,动颚板行程为182mm,肘板摆角为27°时,破碎腔内的单个硅矿石破碎键数目为267个。对比仿真与试验结果,验证了FLAC3D研究颚式破碎机破碎效果的可行性。In order to improve the crushing effect of jaw crusher,aiming at the main factors affecting the crushing effect,taking silicon ores as the crushing samples,discrete element model was established by three spheres to express the characteristics of large,medium and small silicon ores.Based on the orthogonal rotation combination simulation of FLAC3 D,the influences of moveable jaw stroke,tooth angle and elbow swing angle on the number of crushing keys of silica ore were studied.The regression equation of the number of crushing keys of silica ore was obtained by SPSS,and the rounded value was solved by fmincon module in MATLAB.The results show that the moveable jaw stroke has the greatest influence on the number of ore crushing keys,followed by the tooth angle and the elbow swing angle.When the tooth angle is 153°,the moveable jaw stroke is182 mm,and the elbow swing angle is 27°,the number of crushing keys for single silicon ore is 267.The feasibility of using FLAC3 Dto study the crushing effect of jaw crusher can be verified by comparing the simulation and test results.
