摘　　要：和谐宿舍人际关系的建立对提高大学生在校期间的学习和生活质量具有重要意义,其与心理健康状况密切相关。首先通过问卷调查了解大学生宿舍人际关系的现状,结果发现大学生宿舍人际关系的总体状况良好,但是仍有少部分学生的人际关系满意度偏低。以问卷调查结果为基础,提出了通过教育者途径和学生自身途径对心理健康视角下大学生和谐宿舍人际关系进行优化的总体思路,并提出了具体可行的方法。The establishment of harmonious dormitory interpersonal relationships is of great significance to improve the quality of study and life of college students while in school, and it is closely related to mental health. Firstly, through the questionnaire survey to understand the current status of interpersonal relationships in college dormitories, it is found that the overall status of interpersonal relationships in college dormitories is good, but there are still a few students with low interpersonal relationship satisfaction. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, the overall idea of optimizing interpersonal relationships in harmonious dormitories of college students from the perspective of mental health through the educator approach and the students’ own approach is proposed and specific and feasible methods are proposed.
