摘 要:目的:探究纳米丝素纤维敷料促进大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合机制。方法:对60只大鼠建立深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,建模成功后随机分成三组,每组20只,分别为纳米丝素纤维敷料组(研究组)、纳米银敷料组(对照组)和空白组,于烫伤后1、3、7、14、21天分别取烫伤创面组织,运用HE染色以及免疫组化方法,检测表皮细胞生长因子(EGF)、细胞角蛋白10(CK10)的表达水平。结果:研究组创面愈合率及创面组织中EGF、CK10的表达水平均明显高于对照组和空白组,P均<0.05。结论:纳米丝素纤维敷料能有效促进EGF以及CK10的表达,从而促进烫伤组织创面愈合。Objective:To explore the mechanism of nano-silk fibrous dressing in promoting wound healing in deep second-degree burns in rats. Methods:Sixty rats were randomly divided into three groups:nano-silk fiber dressing group,nano-silver dressing group and blank group,each group was twenty. Burn wound tissues were taken at 1,3,7,14 and 21 days after scald,and the expression levels of EGF and CK10 were detected by HE staining and immunohistochemistry. Results:The wound healing rate and the expression levels of EGF and CK10 of the wound tissue innano-silk fiber dressing group were significantly higher than thoseinnano-silver dressing group and blank group,all P<0.05. Conclusion:Nano-silk fibroin dressing can effectively promote the expression of EGF and CK10 and thus promote the burn tissue healing.
