不同部位玻璃酸钠注射液配合中药熏蒸治疗髌骨软骨软化症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同部位玻璃酸钠注射液配合中药熏蒸治疗髌骨软骨软化症临床疗效观察。方法:纳入66例单侧髌骨软骨软化症患者,随机分为3组,分别采用中药熏蒸+髌上囊注射玻璃酸钠组、中药熏蒸+外侧膝眼侧注射玻璃酸钠组、单纯中药熏蒸组治疗每周1次,5次为1个疗程。结果:与单纯中药熏蒸组对比,治疗两个疗程后中药熏蒸+髌上囊注射组、中药熏蒸+外侧膝眼侧注射组的VAS评分均显著低于单纯中药熏蒸组(P<0.05),而Lysholm膝关节评分则均高于单纯中药熏蒸组(P<0.05);且中药熏蒸+髌上囊注射组相关疼痛及膝关节功能改善程度均优于中药熏蒸+外侧膝眼侧注射组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸+髌上囊注射玻璃酸钠治疗髌骨软骨软化症的有效方法,可以明显缩短疗程,提高治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae. Methods:66 patients with unilateral chondromalacia patellae were randomly divided into three groups:fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine+injection of sodium hyaluronate into the suprapatellar capsule group,fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine +injection of sodium hyaluronate into the lateral knee ophthalmic side group,fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine alone group,once a week,five times a week One course. Results:Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower(P<0.05)Lysholm′s score of knee joint was higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05),and the related pain and knee joint function improvement of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese herbal fumigation plus injection of sodium hyaluronate into the suprapatellar capsule is an effective method for the treatment of chondromalacia patellae,which can significantly shorten the course of treatment and improve the therapeutic effect.
