摘 要:为快速创制长粒型优质籼稻材料,本研究以高档优质籼稻‘鄂中5号’和‘玉针香’为亲本,采用花药培养和分子标记辅助选择相结合的方法创制长粒型优质籼稻新材料。将高档优质籼稻‘鄂中5号’和‘玉针香’杂交,取杂交F1群体的花药进行培养,获得花培苗126份,对花培H1代材料进行株高、生育期、穗数、结实率和千粒重等农艺性状评价和香味基因Fgr进行检测,并委托农业农村部食品质量监督检测中心(武汉)进行米质分析。其中编号18m766的花培株系株高129.6 cm,全生育期119 d,综合农艺性状好,有香味,米质达部标优质米三级标准,命名为‘润香玉’,推荐参加了2019年湖北省高档优质稻区试。研究结果表明花药培养和分子标记辅助选择相结合是快速培育长粒型优质水稻品种的快速和有效方法之一。‘Yuzhenxiang’ and ‘Ezhong5’ were used to select high quality and long grain shaped Indica rice materials by combining anther culture and molecular marker-assisted selection(MAS). A total of 126 doubled haploids(DHs)were generated from crossing high-grade and high-quality indica rice ‘Ezhong5’ with ‘Yujianxiang’. We analyzed the plant height, growth period, panicle number, seed setting rate and 1 000-grain weight of H1 materials. The Fgr gene was detected by MAS and grain quality was assessed by Food Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Area(Wuhan). The results showed that the line 18 m766 has fragrance gene and good agronomic traits, which plant height is 129.6 cm, growth period is 119 days, grain quality is ministerial grade 3. It was named ‘Runxiangyu’ and was recommended to participate in the Hubei high quality rice regional trial in 2019. The results showed that the combination of anther culture and molecular marker-assisted selection is one of the rapid and effective methods for rapid cultivation of high-quality long-grain rice varieties.
