摘　　要：目的:分析北京市职工医保个人账户开放式管理的运行现状和存在问题,为我国个人账户改进方向提供政策建议。方法:利用宏观统计数据和微观调查数据,统计个人账户的总体结存情况与个人结存分布情况。结果与建议:个人账户开放式管理存在积累不足、两极分化严重等问题,北京市应稳步推进个人账户封闭式管理。Objective:To provide suggestions for the improvement of the medical savings account of urban employees’ basic medical insurance,it analyzes the current situation and problems of the open management of the medical savings account in Beijing,Methods:Using macro statistical data and micro survey data,it concludes the overall surplus and individual account value distribution.Results and Suggestion:There are some problems in the open management of individual accounts,such as insufficient accumulation and serious polarization.Beijing should steadily promote the closed management of individual accounts.
