基于非整秩次秩和比法综合评价北京市社区卫生服务现状

摘　　要：目的:对北京市各区的社区卫生服务现状进行综合评价。方法:选取2018年北京市16区的12个指标数据,通过非整秩次秩和比法对16区进行评价。结果:分别从服务能力和服务引力两个维度分析得出线性回归方程RSR=0.106 8×Probit+0.061 8(F=384.116,P<0.001)、RSR=0.086 7×Probit+0.109 3 (F=223.173 4,P<0.001),差异均具有统计学意义。根据回归方程和秩和比将16区分为了优、良、中、差4档,各档差异具有统计学意义(F=34.360,P<0.001)。结论:非整秩次秩和比法可综合反映北京市16区社区卫生服务机构运行情况,具有一定的参考价值。部分区在服务能力和服务引力方面发展不均衡,需根据本区的薄弱方面重点提升。Objective:To take a comprehensive evaluation on the current status of Beijing community health service.Methods:Selecting 12 indicators from 16 districts of Beijing in 2018 to take an evaluation by the Non-integral RSR.Results:Two linear regression equations are obtained from the two dimensions of service capability and service gravit:(F=384.116,P<0.001),(F=223.1734,P<0.001),these are statistically significant.According to the regression equation and RSR,16 districts are divided into 4 grades of excellent,good,medium and poor.Conclusion:Non-integral RSR can comprehensively reflect the status of community health service,which has a certain reference value.Several districts had imbalanced development of service capacity and service power,which needed to be improved according to the weakness of local district.
