摘 要:为了更深入地了解碎石挤密桩复合地基的承载能力及承载力特征值,以安徽皖北地区某高速公路路基段采用碎石挤密桩处理的人工填土地基的试验段工程为例,通过现场单桩荷载试验确定复合地基的承载力特征值,运用碎石桩桩体重型动力触探试验的方法,反向检测碎石桩的施工质量,从而验证挤密桩复合地基处理效果,并分析了荷载和重型动力触探试验的研究结果。研究结果表明:各试验点的荷载压力与沉降量关系趋势规律相同;随着荷载达到200kPa之后,沉降开始加快,关系曲线仍光滑连续,无激变拐点。各试验点在15m以内的动力触探锤击数均达到30击,表明碎石挤密桩复合地基的整体承载力提高显著。通过现场试验研究了碎石挤密桩复合地基的承载能力特性,其研究结论为今后类似工程提供一定的理论与实践参考。In order to gain a deeper understanding of the carrying capacity and its characteristic value of gravel compacted pile composite foundation,this paper combined with the test section project of artificial filling ground treated by crushed stone compaction pile in an expressway subgrade section in Northern Anhui area,and the bearing capacity characteristic value of composite foundation is determined by field single pile load test.In this paper,the construction quality of gravel pile is reversely tested by the method of heavy dynamic penetration test of gravel pile to verify the treatment effect of compacted pile composite foundation,and the results of load and heavy dynamic penetration test are analyzed.The results show that:the relationship trend between the load pressure and the settlement of each test point is the same;after the load reaches 200 kPa,the settlement starts to accelerate,and the relationship curve is still smooth and continuous,and there is no abrupt inflection point.The number of dynamic penetration tests in all test points within 15m reaches 30 hits,which shows that the overall bearing capacity of the composite foundation of gravel compacted piles is significantly improved.Through field test,the bearing capacity characteristics of gravel compacted pile composite foundation are studied,and the research conclusions can provide some theoretical and practical references for similar projects in the future.
