水铝钙石吸附水中F^-的条件优化

摘  要:针对当前水中F-超标问题,研究水铝钙石吸附F-的最佳反应条件。通过Plackett-Burman实验筛选得出影响F-吸附率的主要因素,利用Box-Behnken响应面法对主要影响因素进行优化设计并构建模型。经方差分析可知利用该模型优化水铝钙石吸附水中F-的反应条件具有较高的可信度,并得出最佳吸附条件:水铝钙石焙烧温度为320℃,水铝钙石投加量为7.67g·L^-1,反应时间为98.67min,此时F-理论吸附率为98.87%。经实验验证,在最优条件下F-吸附率实测值与预测值仅相差0.11%,模型具有一定可行性。Aiming at the current problem of F-exceeding in water,the best reaction conditions for the adsorption of F-by hydrocalumite were studied.The main factors influencing the F-adsorption rate were selected through the Plackett-Burman experiment.The Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the main influencing factors and build a model.It can be seen from the analysis of variance that using this model to optimize the reaction conditions of the F-adsorption by hydrocalumite has high reliability.The best adsorption conditions were obtained:the hydrocalumite calcined temperature 320℃,the hydrocalumite dosage 7.67 g·L^-1,and the reaction time 98.67min.The F-theoretical adsorption rate at this time was 98.87%.After experimental verification,under the optimal conditions,the measured value of F-adsorption rate was only 0.11%different from the predicted value,and the model was feasible.
