住院儿童用药剂型及包装规格的分析研究

摘　　要：目的总结本院住院儿童所用药品的剂量与剂型(注射剂除外),分析与实际规格的相符程度及用药局限性,为我国适宜儿童药品的生产及政策制定提供参考。方法收集2019年1月-10月本院住院儿童所用药品的处方数据,对常用医嘱剂量范围进行记录,并对比现有药品最小包装规格,分析该药品规格用于儿童的不足。并通过药智数据查询是否存在最佳剂型。结果本院儿童所用剂型中,只有喷雾剂和栓剂为儿童专用包装规格和剂型,所占比例只有5.26%,口服液体制剂和颗粒剂虽然能满足较大年龄儿童用药需求,但对于新生儿和婴儿存在拆分用药问题。结论儿童常用剂型与规格不能满足临床儿童患者的需求,建议药品监督管理部门以及药品生产企业加强对儿童用药制剂的重视和研发,逐步完善临床儿童用药。Objective To summarize the dosage forms and doses for hospitalized children except for injection,analyze the degree of consistency with actual specifications and medication limitation,and to provide reference for the production and policy making of medicines for children in China.Methods Prescription data of the preparations for hospitalized children in our hospital from January to October 2019 were collected.The common dose range was recorded,existing drug specifications were compared,and drug specifications were analyzed to determine the deficiency in medications for children,and the best dosage forms and specifications.Results Among the dosage forms for children in our hospital,sprays and suppositories(5.26%)had exclusive dosage forms for children.Although oral liquid preparations and granules might meet the medication needs of older children,no suitable splitting dosages were for newborns and infants.Conclusion Common dosage forms for children fail to meet the needs of children patients.The drug regulatory departments and drug manufacturers should pay more attention to the research and development of children preparations and solve children’s drug use problems.
