摘 要:在光电对抗系统中,高能量脉冲固体激光器是关键组件。储能电容的充电电源是高能量脉冲固体激光器的核心组成部分。现有固体激光器产品中,储能电容的充电电源采用硬开关拓扑结构,电磁辐射强、电源效率70%左右。为满足产品更严格电磁兼容性和更高电源效率的要求,制定了工作于断续电流模式下串联谐振全桥变换器的充电电源改进方案,并进行了总体方案和单元电路的详细设计。然后,通过理论推导计算和Saber软件仿真,证明了工作于断续电流模式下串联谐振全桥变换器具有软开关特性和内在恒流特性,电磁辐射低,电源效率可达80%以上,充电频率可达5 Hz,满足产品改进需求,为后续实际充电电源设计与调试提供了理论依据。In the electro-optic countermeasure system,high power pulsed solid-state laser is a key component.The charging power supply of energy storage capacitor is critical component of the high power pulsed solid-state laser.The existing charging power supply for energy storage capacitor,which is used in a solid-state laser product adopted hard switch topology,has powerful electromagnetic radiation and 70%power efficiency.To improve the product’s EMC and power efficiency,an improvement scheme using series resonant full-bridge converter worked in discontinuous current mode(DCM)is made.The overall plan and sub-unit circuits of the improvement are designed.Then,the soft-switch and the constant current characteristics of the DCM series resonant full-bridge converter are proved after conducting theoretical calculation and simulation in the Saber,which has the low electromagnetic radiation,the over 80%power supply and up to 5 Hz charging frequency.The improved charging power supply can meet the improvement needs and supply theoretical reference for the following actual charging designing and debugging.
