摘　　要：新型冠状病毒引发的肺炎疫情席卷世界,与之相伴随的网络舆论遍布互联网。互联网坚持着发展中国特色社会主义新的伟大实践,为舆论监督的发展提供了广阔的空间场域。青年是网络舆论监督的主要参与者,网络舆论监督使青年融入社会、广泛参与公共领域和社会生活,表达利益诉求、行使人民权利。然而感性与理性、自发性与自觉性、信息自由与价值共识的矛盾羁绊了青年网络舆论监督有序发展。在国家治理体系治理能力现代化背景下,要强化党在网络舆论监督中的领导权和管理权,发挥青年在网络舆论监督中的生力军作用,加强教育在网络舆论监督中的基础性作用,强化法治在网络舆论监督中的保障作用,从而构建青年网络舆论监督有序发展的现实路径。The pneumonia epidemic caused by the new coronavirus has swept the world, and the accompanying online public opinion has spread all over the Internet. The Internet adheres to the new great practice of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and provides a broad space for the development of public opinion supervision. Youth are the main participants in the supervision of online public opinion. The supervision of online public opinion enables young people to integrate into society, widely participate in the public sphere and social life, express interests, and exercise people’s rights. However, the contradiction between sensibility and rationality, spontaneity and consciousness, freedom of information, and value consensus has hampered the orderly development of youth online public opinion supervision. In the context of the modernization of the governance capabilities of the national governance system, it is necessary to strengthen the party’s leadership and management power in the supervision of online public opinion, give play to the role of youth in the supervision of online public opinion, strengthen the basic role of education in the supervision of online public opinion, and strengthen the rule of law. The guarantee functions in the supervision of internet public opinion, so as to build a realistic path for the orderly development of supervision of internet public opinion.
