摘　　要：针对SPA-H钢种磷含量要求高的特点,基于热力学和动力学理论分析,试验确定了转炉渣洗脱硫工艺的白灰加入量、Als含量及吹氩制度,采用该工艺后实现了渣洗脱硫约0.022%,降低生产成本0.41元/t钢。According to the characteristic of the SPA-H steel grade asked by requirements at the higher level for content of phosphor in steel, the amount of adding lime, content of Als and argon-blowing system in terms of the desulphuration process by washing slag during converter tapping were determined through testing based on the thermodynamic analysis and dynamic analysis.After taking the process, the content of sulphur was reduced by about 0.022% and then the cost per ton of steel was also reduced by 0.41 yuan RMB.
