摘  要:基于交流的C/V和R/V法作为ECT/ERT双模态传感器信号的典型测量方法,不足之处在于两者的测量电路无法融合统一,并且需要对测量结果进行标定。针对该不足,提出一种复合测量技术。该技术通过测量一个反馈电阻在交流激励下两端电压信号的相位,进而精确计算出被测电容和电阻的大小。采用锁相放大法对上述相位进行测量,该方法利用一组满足一定关系的方波控制数字开关来实现混频。实验表明,该测量方法具有较好的测量稳定性和一致性,并且测量精确度较C/V、R/V法有一定的提升。The C/V and R/V methods based on AC are used as the typical measurement methods for ECT/ERT dual-modal sensor signals.The disadvantage of this method is that the measurement circuits of the two cannot be integrated and the measurement results need to be calibrated.In order to overcome this deficiency,a composite measurement technique is proposed.This technique accurately calculates the capacitance and resistance by measuring the voltage phase across a feedback resistor in the AC excitation signal path.The above phase is measured using a lock-in amplifier method.This method uses a set of square waves that satisfy a certain relationship to control a set of digital switches to achieve mixing.The experimental results show that this technology has better measurement stability and consistency and the accuracy is improved compared with the C/V and R/V methods.
