摘  要:对20份玉米种质进行除草剂抗性鉴定表明:不同玉米种质在5叶期喷洒除草剂后的反应不同,具有一定的差异:A16受除草剂影响严重,早期植株枯黄,后期全部死亡;受除草剂影响,A12株高减少20%以上,穗重减少39.9%,说明该材料对除草剂极为敏感;喷施除草剂不影响自交系A2和A18株高,但显著减少了穗重,说明这两个自交系也易受除草剂影响;A5和A13株高不受除草剂影响,但穗重略有增加;自交系A7、A10和A14喷施除草剂后,株高和穗重略有增加,表现出抗除草剂特性。In this study,20 maize germplasms were used to be identified for herbicide resistance. The results showed that different maize germplasms had different responses to herbicides after spraying herbicides at the 5-leaf stage,and there were certain differences in the traits of maize germplasms A16 was significantly affected by herbicides,and the early plants became yellow and finally all of plants died. The plant height of A12 was reduced by more than 20% compare with control,and the spike weight of 12 was decreased by 39.9%,indicating that the material was extremely sensitive to herbicides. Spraying herbicides did not affect the plant height of inbred lines A2 and A18,but signifcantly reduced ear weight,indicating that these two inbred lines were also susceptible to herbicides. The plant weights of A5 and A13 were not significantly affected by herbicides,but the spike weight increased slightly with the application of herbicides. The inbred lines A7,A10 and A14 showed a slight increase in plant height and spike weight of maize germplasms after spraying herbicides,and these showed herbicide resistance.
