摘  要:株型是影响玉米亩产的关键因子,提高株型紧凑程度可增加玉米种植密度,有利于增产。解析玉米改良过程中株型相关性状变异对指导玉米品种改良,满足产业发展具有十分重要的意义。本研究以黄早四和齐319为亲本构建的F2:3群体为材料,比较分析株高、穗位高、雄穗主轴长、雄穗分支数、穗上叶片数的遗传变异。结果显示:亲本自交系的株型相关性状存在显著差异,株高和穗位高表现出极显著正相关,表明玉米株型相关性状在育种选择中受选择方向和选择程度的影响。此外,株型相关性状在改良后代中表现出正态分布或拟正态分布,在家系之间差异显著。该结果可用作后续的株型相关性状QTLs定位及其遗传研究。Plant type is the key factor affecting the yield per mu of maize.It is very important to analyze the variation of plant type related characters in the process of maize improvement to guide maize variety improvement and satisfy the industrial development.In this study,the genetic variations of plant height, spike height, spindle length of maletassel, thenumber of tassel branch and tassel leafwere compared and analyzedusing F2:3 population constructed with Hangzaosi and Qi 319 as parents.The results showed that there were significant differences in plant-type related traits of parental inbred lines, plant height and panicle height showed extremely significant positive correlation,indicating that plant-type related traits of maize were influenced by the selection direction and selection degree in breeding selection.In addition, plant-type related traits showed normal or quasi-normal distribution in improved offspring, and showed significant differences among families.These population data can be used for subsequent QTLs mapping and genetic study of plant type related traits.
