摘  要:月季灰霉病是贵阳市乌当区月季种植区发生最严重的真菌病害之一。本研究采用组织分离法和致病性测定,分离到1株引起该病的病原菌,通过形态学特征观察及RPB2、HSP60、G3PDH多基因序列分析,表明引起该病害的病原菌为灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)。生物学特性研究表明:该病原菌生长较好的培养基为PDA;菌丝生长最适碳、氮源分别为葡萄糖、硝酸铵;最适生长温度为20℃;最适pH为6;光照对病原菌菌丝生长差异显著,其中12 h光暗交替条件下病原菌生长较好。病原菌菌丝致死温度为42℃10min。Grey mold of China rose is the most serious fungal disease of Chinese rose in Wudang District,Guiyang City. Tissue isolation and pathogenicity determination were used to isolated a pathogenic strain that caused grey mold. Morphological characteristics observation and multi-locus phylogenetic analyses o fRPB2 HSP60 and G3PDH polygenic sequence analysis showed that the pathogen was Botrytis cinerea.The results of biological characteristics of B. cinerea showed that PDA was the optimal medium for the growth of the pathogen;the optimal sources of carbon and nitrogen for the growth of hyphae were glucose and ammonium nitrate;the optimum growth temperature was 20 ℃;the optimal pH was 6;the growth of mycelia of pathogenic bacteria was significantly different by light. The pathogen grew better under the condition of 12 h alternating light and dark.The lethal temperature for the mycelial of B.cinerea was 42 ℃ for 10 min.
