摘  要:在国家节能环保政策的引导下,传统汽车产业面临向新能源汽车领域转型升级,国内各大车企对新能源汽车人才需求旺盛。本文对驱动电机开展精细化反求设计,运用Handyscan和Solidworks软件联合搭建三维模型,联合Unity3D软件开发了北汽EC180驱动电机教学仿真平台,实现动态展示电机爆炸图、电机正反转和紧急制动停车功能。运用三维仿真技术呈现驱动电机系统构造、工作过程和工作原理,相较以文字、图片和工程图等元素讲授为主的传统教学模式,显著提高了教学水平和人才培养质量。Under the guidance of the national energy conservation and environmental protection policies,the traditional automotive industry is facing the transformation to the new energy vehicles,which have a strong demand for new energy vehicle talents.Carried out refi ned reverse design for the driving motor in this paper,constructed the three dimensional model with Handyscan and Solidworks software,realized dynamic display motor explosion diagram,motor positive,negative rotation and emergency braking function.The structure,working process and principle of the driving motor were presented by three-dimensional simulation.Compared with the traditional teaching mode which mainly focuses on the teaching of text,pictures and engineering drawings,the teaching level and the quality of talent cultivation have been signifi cantly improved.
