摘　　要：随着夏季雨季来临和自然灾害(如台风)频发,城市内涝、低洼路段积水经常出现,车辆作为日常代步工具,涉水行驶在所难免。如果车辆涉水后驾驶员未掌握正确的处理方法或修理厂维修方式不当会导致发动机二次损伤,从而引发保险合同、维修质量、产品质量纠纷,给车主带来不必要的经济损失和无尽烦恼。本文通过两起车辆涉水后,修理厂维修不当,导致发动机或车辆报废案例,分析涉水车辆发动机二次损伤的原因、特征,并探讨如何预防涉水车辆发动机二次损伤。With the advent of the summer rainy season and the frequent occurrence of natural disasters,such as typhoons,waterlogging and water accumulation in low-lying sections of the city often occur.Vehicles are indispensable for wading driving as a daily mobility tool.If the driver does not grasp the correct handling method or the repair shop uses improper maintenance methods after the vehicle is wading,secondary damage to the engine will happen,which will lead to disputes about insurance contracts,maintenance quality,and product quality,causing unnecessary economic losses and endless troubles to the owner.This paper analyzes two cases,when two wading vehicles were improperly repaired by the repair shop,which leads to the scrapping of the engine or the vehicle.The article analyzes the causes and characteristics of the secondary damage to the engine of the wading vehicle,and discusses how to prevent the secondary damage to the engine of the wading vehicle.
