摘　　要：VSAT卫星通信网作为应急管理信息网的延伸和扩展,承载着多种业务功能,具有天地一体、上下联动、稳定畅通的能力。文章研究了中心站、车载站、便携站等站型的功能组成,并对地图影响、视频会议、VoIP语音通信等业务功能做了具体的探究,给出了一套详细的VSAT卫星通信网功能应用方案。As an extension and expansion of emergency management information network,VSAT satellite communication network bears a variety of business functions,and has the ability of integration of heaven and earth,up-down linkage,stability and unimpeded.This paper studies the functional composition of central station,vehicular station and portable station,and explores the business functions such as map impact,video conference,VoIP voice communication,and gives a detailed application scheme of VSAT satellite communication network.
