摘　　要：文章回顾了公安无线视频传输系统的发展历程,研究新形势下公安无线视频传输的需求,提出新一代公安无线视频传输网络的架构,在此架构上构建公、专融合、天地一体化的无线视频传输系统,满足当前以及未来公安实战的要求。重点研究了新一代公安无线视频传输系统中的若干关键技术,结合具体的测试结果,证明了这些关键技术的可行性、实用性和先进性。Retrospect the history of wireless video transmission system for public security,the paper summarized the requirement of wireless video transmission in future,and proposed the architecture of next generation wireless video transmission system for public security that converged public and private network and provided the integration of ground and air surveillance.The paper researched the key technologies for the next generation wireless video transmission system and gave some preliminary test result that proved the technologies as feasible,advanced and practical.
