摘　　要：对于无线电频谱资源的商业使用,很多国家有意无意间形成了高价使用频谱的局面。GSMA在国际电信联盟2019年世界电信展(ITU Telecom World 2019)上发布的一份最新报告显示,频谱价格过高会对消费者造成负面影响。The radio spectrum that governments license to operators is central to the quality and affordability of mobile broadband services.However,some government result in high prices being paid to access spectrum inadvertently or not.A report titled‘The Impact of Spectrum Prices on Consumers’released by the GSMA at ITU Telecom World 2019 confirmed that high spectrum prices can cause negative consumer outcomes.
