摘  要:通过静电纺丝法制备了一系列CoFe2-xZnxO4(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3 0.4)纳米管。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和振动样品磁力计(VSM)来研究样品的微观形貌、结构、成分及磁性能。SEM和TEM图像显示,样品由连续且随机定向的纳米管组成。XRD结果表明,随着Zn2+含量的增加,晶体尺寸从25.97 nm逐渐减小至14.78nm。铁磁性能研究表明,所有样品在室温下都表现出亚铁磁性。饱和磁化强度和矫顽力随Zn2+浓度的增加而降低。A series of CoFe2-xZnxO4(x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 0.4) nanotubes were prepared by electrospinning to study their morphological, structural and magnetic properties. The synthesized samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic(XPS) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). The SEM and TEM images showed that synthesized samples were composed of continuous and randomly oriented nanotubes. The XRD results showed that the crystallite size decreased from 25.97 nm to 14.78 nm with Zn2+ content increasing. Magnetic measurements demonstrated that all samples exhibited ferrimagnetism behavior at room temperature. The saturation magnetization and coercivity decreased with the increase of Zn2+ concentration.
