摘  要:在辽阳石化炼油厂进行了炼化碱渣的中试研究,获取了出水主要指标稳定达标的工艺参数。结果表明:出水COD小于1 000 mg/L,微电解反应器可将废水的B/C比由0.03提高到0.36,改善废水的可生化性;厌氧VTBR的最大容积负荷为0.79kg/(m^3·d),好氧VTBR的最大容积负荷为1.48kg/(m^3·d),出水水质稳定;每吨废水的处理成本约为178.17元。Pilot study on treatment of refining alkali residue in Liaoyang petrochemical refinery was carried out,the process parameters of main effluent indexes reaching the standard were obtained. The experimental results showed the concentration of COD in the effluent was less than 1000 mg/L, and the B/C ratio of wastewater was increased from 0.03 to 0.36 in micro electrolysis reactor. The maximum volumetric loading rate of anaerobic VTBR reactor was 0.79 kg/m^3·d and the maximum volumetric loading rate of aerobic VTBR reactor was 1.48 kg/m^3·d. The cost of wastewater treatment was about 178.17 Yuan/t.
