摘  要:采用焦亚硫酸钠作为还原剂、生石灰作为中和剂,对六价铬和总铬含量分别为35 mg/L和450mg/L的含铬废水进行处理。结果表明:在p H值为2.5、投药比(焦亚硫酸钠与六价铬离子的质量比)4.11∶1的条件下,焦亚硫酸钠对六价铬的去除率达到99.71%;之后采用生石灰作为中和剂,调整p H为8.5时进行沉降,并采用加速助凝或者过滤的方式来降低总铬含量,最终处理后废水达到回用和外排标准。Sodium metabisulfite(SMBS) as reducing agent and quick lime as neutralizer were used to treat the wastewater containing hexavalent chromium(35 mg/L) and total chromium(450 mg/L), The results showed that the removal rate of hexavalent chromium by SMBS reached 99.71% when the pH value was 2.5 and the dosing ratio(the mass ratio of SMBS and hexavalent chromium ion) was 4.11∶1. And then, using quicklime as a neutralizer, the pH was adjusted to 8.5 for settlement, and the total chromium content was reduced by accelerated coagulation or filtration, so that the wastewater finally reached the reuse and effluent standards.
